MENTORING
Often the path to success takes time and is unpredictable.
SSC provide mentoring to companies as they grow to help increase skills and knowledge within your own team.
Typically, we work with a company between 2 and 8 days per month and for timescales between 6 months and 2 years. Programs are tailor made to your requirements and budgets. This relationship gives you flexible access to the whole SSC team enabling the right expertise to be available when you need it.
The outcomes from projects can be the development of company strategy, access to funding, introductions into new markets or just providing additional resource when you need it.
Getting the right support and advice at the right time is tricky as you don’t know what curve balls will come at you. Working with a tight-knit group of experience who can rapidly adapt to your journey’s needs can be an advantage.
